MARY CULLEN

My work primarily involves etching, I enjoy the process and the painterly effect I achieve with aquatint. My subject matter is indicated by what is of most emotional interest to me, the people, the area around my home, close to the harbour, and special places I visit; my Gallipoli series followed a visit there in 2014, the duck a visit to the National Gallery of Australia in Canberra.
